Thunder Companies DBF Night for July 3rd, 2015
Special Events lasting from now until Tuesday July 7th.

In recognition of America's 4th of July and Canada's Canada Day this week Thunder Company realizes that many of our members won't be online gaming this weekend as they celebrate their Countries Holiday.

So we'll won't be holding a typical in-game DBF event. Instead will be having special events in the forums. A National Pride contest that has a MEGA DBF Prize Package!

=VX9= doesn't show any bias for our members nationality. So regardless of your nationality you are eligible to enter the National Pride contest. So as you celebrate, make sure you have that camera ready. And photograph those special moments in your life that make you proud to be apart of your nation. Pick out your favorite and submit it here.



National Pride Contest Rules:

• Post a photo showing off how you celebrate your national pride. Again, regardless of your nationality.
• (Please keep your entries appropriate).
• Everyone is allowed 1 entry, and everyone that submits an entry is entered to win a DBF Prize.
• Entry Prizes to be Won via drawing: 2 Game Codes, 1 =VX9= Decal
• Entries are to be submitted in this thread.

Thunder Divisional DBF Forum Raffle:
Prize: =VX9= Koozie
In this thread, post a number between 1 - 100. A Random number will be drawn Sunday Night, and the person who either choose that number or the closet to it wins. If two people are an equal distance away from winning number a coin will be flipped to decide the winner. If two people choose the same number, the person who first posted their number first wins.

Thunder company isn't the only division having special events and prizes. Check out what the other divisions are doing for this weeks DBF.

Thunder's 1st Event: Forum Raffle
In this thread, post a number between 1-50. A random number will be chosen, person who chose that number or closest to it wins! If two people choose the same number, the prize will be awarded to the person who posted their number first. If two people are an even distance away from the winning number, a coin will be flipped on their behalf.

Thunder's Main Event: Flak vs Jets
That's right, we going to let our War Thunder vets bust out their jets. If only to be shot down by an armada of Flak Tanks.



Grab your jet if you have one, everyone else get into flak tanks to bring those jets down, as the jets try to take out as many flak tanks as possible.

We will have a practice match before the official event. Which will be open to the public, and will start around 9:00pm EST. I'm doing this to allow for some recruiting and advertising of =VX9= to take place. Also to start DBF a little sooner to allow for some people to take part even if they can't make the official event match. =VX9= members who make it to the practice match at 9:00pm EST will be eligible for the 2 Game Code prizes.

Once we have enough people online in the Thunder DBF channel on TeamSpeak and in game, I'll ask for a volunteer to host a new custom game where we will do the official event.

Two prizes will be given away via random drawing. All participants will be entered into the drawing

*Note: I realize that it will never be possible to start DBF at a time that works for everyone. Hopefully these practice rounds will allow for more members to take part.

Event 2: Red Rover, Red Rover, do you think you can make it over?
Jungle Map Beach race for tanks, but this isn't your Daddy's Sunday drive! Beach only race in Light Tanks tier 3 or lower and were talking about a beach covered in debrie, and heavy tanks waiting at the end to "persuade" you to change course. Were going to have Explosions, Wrecks, and maybe even a tank that lives long enough to cross the finish line!
Prize = Game Code by random drawing of participants.

Event 3: Pub Stomp
Lock N Load boys and girls, were going to take it to the pubbies and show em how it's done! After the 2nd game we will have another drawing!

Sky Tag!
Starts at 10:00 EST
Dive, Dip, Zig, Twist, Zag and Loop to avoid getting tagged in this weeks Thunder DBF Event in a game of SKY TAG.


Battle Ranking and Game Mode will be decided and agreed on by participating members Friday Night.

One practice game will be played before the actual event.

Team will be random because they won't matter. Each team will start in the air and head in different directions.

This is a game of TAG. And if you are not tagged you can't shoot. Only a tagged player is authorized to fire.

A random person will be chosen to start it out as being "TAGGED". Once your Tagged you will remain tagged till the end of the game and are required to blow aerial smoke. And it's also your job to "TAG" everyone else by shooting them down. Once someone is shot down they are also TAGGED and will join in on shooting everyone else down. Last person to be "TAGGED" wins.

The random person who is chosen is an automatic winner and wins a =VX9= Decal

The last person tagged, or shot down wins a =VX9= koozie.

BONUS GAME!
Get a shot of your favorite liquor, and once your tagged, take a shot.

After Sky Tag we can do some pub stomping if we have enough people.

Group up and roll out! Group up with your comrades and take on the Enemy. Everyone who post a picture of their team playing will be entered into a drawing to win! Prizes will be handed out Monday Night so you have until then to post a picture of your Team up!
