Battle Royale

When: Friday August 21st @ 10pm EST / 9pm CST

Where: Nova Company TS


We have had a poll up for a new DBF time, and it's spread even across the board at the moment.
So, we are going to try it an hour early and see how everyone feels.

@Buzz still has the damn title, and it's time for someone to try and strip it from him!
We'll run 5 Private Matches (10 min each), and whoever has the highest cumulative score after all 5 will be the new champion!
Each round will use a different ship class based on what everyone has at the time of the event.


Aside from the fancy Nova Company title, the winner will also receive 1x Game Code!
Whoever takes second will receive a fancy 1x Decal!

RAFFLE
The raffle this week will be for 1x Game Code.
Pick a number between 10-30.
Closest number wins with any tie breaker going to the lowest of the two numbers.

Cutlass Assault


The footage from the latest Multi-Crew video gave me an idea for something we can do in AC 1.0.
There will be 3 matches. Each Match will consist of 2 rounds.

The defending team will have a Cutlass docked on a landing pad with someone in the turret.
All other people on the defending team must defend the ship whilst not leaving the landing pad, and they must be in FPS mode.(not in a ship)

The attacking team must take over the Cutlass. If the Cutlass is destroyed both teams lose the round.
The attacking team may utilize their own ships, while keeping in mind they must not destroy the Cutlass.

The defending team will win if they successfully defend the ship for a 8 min, and the attacking team will win by getting a pilot into the cockpit and lifting off.

After the event a winner will be crowned based on how many matches were won.
Each member of the winning team will be entered into a drawing (if there happens to be more than two people on a team) for one of two game codes.

A lot of us are going to be out again this weekend (including myself), so we are going to do another raffle!
Hopefully this will be the last non-event DBF for a while, but life comes first!

ASTEROID HIDE & SEEK

The matches will be done in Free Flight, so I will have to keep score manually.
Small Teams. The Seeking team will head to the center of the map (That huge pylon thing) and wait 2 min.
During this time the hiding team will seek out an asteroid to hide in.
Points are awarded to the seeking team for each hider killed.
Points are awarded to the hiding team if they are able to hide (8 min) without being found, or a point is awarded for each enemy killed after being found.
Point values depend on how many members show up. The points translate to chances to win in a draw.
Teams will switch after every match and we will shoot for 60 min.
The drawing will be for 1 Game Code and 1 Decal.
