Title: PvP roam 1st official roam as J-FC in Sctry Pact

Description: Hello all, we're gonna go on a SCTRY doctrine roam. We will need 3 different ships. We will be running the SCTRY Talwar Doctrine noted in the fleet up site that Linnea and other fc's use to post fittings on. We will also need Frigate logi, either Bantams as per SCTRY Doctrine or Bursts. Lastly and most importantly, We will need fast tackle. I'm hoping for cheap t1 frigs but you may bring some Ceptors if you want. This will be a first for me as a Junior FC so don't expect 50+ kills. I will try to find us some kills but again, don't expect to kill all the reds. I will be fitting this ships required for the corp to use, so you shouldn't have to pull too many ships out from the SCTRY POS's. I will also be saving the fittings in the Corp fittings so you can fit some of your use in case you feel the need! This DBF event is going to run on a two part course.
